In 1992, Baerlocher Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (199201011861) was established in Seremban – this milestone marked the entry of the Baerlocher Group of Companies in the Asian-Pacific region. Two years later, in 1994, the production plant of Baerlocher Malaysia went on stream.

The company progressively broadened its offerings. In 1999, the production of Baeropol for the polyolefin industry started, one year later production of Metal Stearates commenced. In the year 2002, Baerlocher Malaysia launched the manufacturing of powder and granule PVC stabilizer One-Packs, followed by the first Ca-based stabilizer One-Pack in 2006.

Corresponding to the market success, the site has been continuously expanded over the years, including a fully equipped analytical and application laboratory for PVC solid stabilisers in 2003. The latest addition is the installation of a special form giving line for Baeropol in 2013.

Baerlocher Malaysia serves the markets in Southeast Asia (the ASEAN countries) as well as in South Korea, Japan, and Australia.

On October 18th 2014, Baerlocher Malaysia reached an impressive milestone in its history by celebrating its 20th anniversary.
