Privacy Note for applicants
1. Purpose of this page
1.1 BAERLOCHER GmbH, Freisinger Str. 1, 85716 Unterschleißheim (hereinafter "we") is committed to protect the privacy and security of the information of its applicants (hereinafter "you"). 1.2 This Privacy Note describes how we collect and use information about you during and after the application process in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).2. What data we collect and what we use it for
2.1 We process the personal data you or – if applicable – a third party provided us with or we col-lected from publicly available sources, insofar as this is necessary for the evaluation of your application. Usually we process the following categories of personal data:- Core data (Mr./Mrs., surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address),
- Application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, certificates and other proofs of qual-ification, references, application photo),
- Publicly accessible information from the Internet,
- Other data you sent or gave to us in connection with your application.
- Review and assess whether you are qualified for the position in question,
- Issue visitor passes for access control,
- Cost recording and controlling, travel booking and travel expense accounting,
- Defence against legal claims, preservation of evidence,
- Communication with you,
- Alignment with lists of suspected terrorist groups, organizations or persons, insofar as we are obligated by law.
3. Storage period
3.1 Your data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary to complete the application proce-dure. What is necessary in the specific case depends on the data set and the purpose for which the data was collected. 3.2 If your application is not successful, your data will be deleted at the latest six months after we have informed you that we could not consider you for a vacant position.4. Your rights
4.1 Upon request, we will provide you with details of any of your personal data we store, where we collected it, to which recipients or categories of recipients it was transferred and for what pur-pose. Under certain circumstances you can also have your personal data rectified, deleted, blocked or transferred by us. 4.2 If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
